Implant-Based Reconstruction
Silicone or saline implants are placed to recreate the breast mound. This is often a two-stage process starting with a tissue expander and is ideal for patients seeking shorter surgery and recovery.
Autologous (Flap) Reconstruction
Natural tissue—commonly from the abdomen (DIEP, TRAM) or back (Latissimus)—is transplanted to form the new breast. Results feel soft and lifelike, and there is no implant maintenance.
Immediate Reconstruction

Can reconstruction be done at the same time as mastectomy?
