During your consultation, your skin will be examined and your concerns heard. Kelsie will ask questions about remedies you’ve tried and your lifestyle to help understand how best to help you improve your skin. Your consultation will include lifestyle and nutrition recommendations and other coaching that helps you improve your skin holistically.

These include the Ultra Gentle Cleanser, Hydrabalance, a water-based hydrating gel, Acne Peel and Acne Back Peel, brightening masks and peels, corrective serums and toners, scrubs, body washes and more.
Our acne-certified skincare expert, Kelsie Ballance, LE, Medical Aesthetician, is licensed as both a medical aesthetician and a phlebotomist. Her training and experience is invaluable in helping patients achieve healthy, glowing skin.
Kelsie’s knowledge and warm personality help patients understand their skin and feel confident again as they see their skin improving. She is certified by the Face Reality Skincare program in comprehensive skincare for acne, and also offers a full range of skincare services, including chemical peels, facials, and customized skincare treatments.

This daily cleanser is safe for all skin types and acne types, designed to wash away dirt or makeup and nourish the skin.
L-mandelic Face and Body Wash
This gold-standard, water-based serum improves skin prone to inflamed acne, noninflamed acne, fungal folliculitis, and hyperpigmentation.
Antioxidant Scrub
Sulfate-free and packed with antioxidants, this scrub cleanser clears away dead skin and achieves a more radiant complexion. Ideal for those with non-sensitive skin and noninflamed acne.
Calming Facial Toner
Appropriate for all skin types, this calming, gentle toner soothes, hydrates and moisturizes the skin.
Sal-C Toner
Brighten and hydrate oily skin with this exfoliating, antioxidant-rich toner that controls oil and improves skin prone to all types of acne.
Salicylic Serum
With exfoliating and brightening properties, this serum provides a multi-pronged approach to treat acne-prone skin for all skin types.
Vitamin A Correcting Serum
With high potency Retinol, this high-performance exfoliating serum provides vitamin A to improve the skin more efficiently with the most minimal irritation.
Hydrabalance
Appropriate for all skin types, especially dry and dehydrated skin, this water-based hydrating gel has antioxidant properties and powerful humectants to help reduce the appearance of oily shine and strengthen the skin barrier.
Clearderma Moisturizer
This lightweight, deeply moisturizing cleanser provides antioxidant support and oil control for acne-prone skin. Clearderma can be to prevent skin from becoming too dry by clients who are acclimating to benzoyl peroxide.
Cran-Peptide Moisturizer
This ultra-soothing moisturizer contains a powerful blend of peptides and antioxidants and can be used by clients who are acclimating to benzoyl peroxide to prevent skin from becoming too dry.
2.5%, 5% & 10% Acne Med
This water-based gel contains benzoyl peroxide to penetrate and unclog the pores and fight acne-causing bacteria.
Brighten-C mask
Improves skin clarity and brightens the overall complexion with antioxidant properties to achieve a boost in radiance during and after the process of clearing their skin.
HydraCalm mask
Ultra hydrating and deeply soothing, the HydraCalm mask gently restores moisture and calms the skin, reducing inflammation and redness, and leaving the skin revitalized. Appropriate for all skin types.
Face Reality Acne Peels are very mild, corrective peels that can be applied to the back or face to reduce acne and inflammation.This peel is used to gently exfoliate acne-prone, hyperpigmented skin without excessive irritation or dehydration. This gentle peel renews and heals suffering skin to achieve clearer, more healthy skin.
