Patient Experience Manager / Front Office Manager

Melanie (Mel as we call her) is our Patient Experience Manager as well as our Front Office Manager. She came to us with 12 years’ experience in the medical field and customer-service-based leadership roles. She has been with our practice for 3 years, and she enjoys every moment she gets to interact with our patients and our future patients. She is passionate about helping people overcome obstacles to become the best version of themselves physically and emotionally. She gives her best effort so that all our patients feel heard, understood, and cared for throughout their journey with us.

Mel will be by your side from your first phone call inquiry to your surgery, your post – op care, and all the way into your future lifetime of enjoying our 5-star MedSpa services. If you ever need assistance, have worries, concerns or even a unique need, she is your go-to contact.

She is fascinated with studying Naturopathic Medicine, and she holds multiple certifications for healing with essential oils. In her free time, she loves spending time with her amazing son, baking homemade sourdough bread, and experiencing delicious new food and wine!
